How to Make a Request

If you wish to make a request please send us an e-mail at privacy@permutive.com. Once we receive your request, we will validate the information that you provide and respond accordingly. Please follow the instructions in that email to verify your email address. You can designate someone else to make a request on your behalf. We will contact you to verify your identity before we respond to your authorized agent’s request.

We do not discriminate against you for requesting any of the rights noted above.
